Road Safety: Drive Safe Walk Safe

Creative Wiltshire led an ambitious cross phase animation project working with primary school children, college students and creative professionals. Drive Safe, Walk Safe is a series of short hard-hitting films on a road safety theme. The DVD, now in distribution, showcases ten short animations. Each film is based on a story told by the primary school children using artwork they produced. Award winning animators from Evil Twin Artworks subsequently collaborated with a team of students to produce a trilogy of short films using the children’s voices.

White Horse Pictures

White Horse Pictures went live in late 2010 bringing modern digital cinema to rural Wiltshire. The touring programme showing first run feature films has opened at Malmesbury, Melksham and Calne, with more venues in development at Marlborough, Tidworth and Larkhill.

Wiltshire History Centre: Dialect Recordings

Wiltshire History Centre commissioned Creative Wiltshire to produce a series of dialect recordings on video. Filming took place in the tv studio at the Interactive Media Centre in Chippenham working with a crew of interns selected from the Digital Media Arts foundation degree. The short films bring to life the sound of the local Wiltshire dielect and will be used on education work at the History Centre
